Patient Literacy 101

Most patients leave appointments with less information than they arrived with. This course does not describe that problem at you — you practise on the documents themselves. Mark up a cardiology letter and find the sentence where an opinion is wearing the clothes of a finding. Judge a five-result blood panel and spot the unflagged row that matters more than the flagged one. Build a push-back sentence specific enough that it has to be answered. Six lessons, every one with a Flare Mode version under ten minutes, ending in a one-page patient file you carry into every appointment from then on.
