Refund Policy

14-day full refund
If you purchase a track and decide within 14 days that Spooniversity isn't right for you, email hello@spooniversity.org and we will refund everything you've paid and cancel any remaining instalments. No questions asked. No forms. No process.
What if I was in a flare and forgot to request within 14 days?
Email us anyway. We understand that life with chronic illness doesn't follow neat timelines. We'll look at it as humans, not as a policy document.
How long does the refund take?
Refunds are processed via Stripe and typically appear in your account within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank.
I'm on an instalment plan and want to cancel within 14 days.
Email us within 14 days of your first payment. We'll refund everything you've paid and cancel all remaining instalments. No forms, no friction.
I'm on an instalment plan and I've finished the track. Do I still owe the remaining payments?
Yes — your instalment plan is a payment arrangement you agreed to at enrollment, separate from your learning progress. Finishing the course content doesn't end the payment plan. If you're in financial difficulty, email us — we can discuss a pause or a revised schedule.
What if I miss an instalment payment?
We'll email you and retry after 7 days. If it's still outstanding after 30 days, your account will be paused (content and progress preserved). If it's a health or money issue, email us before that happens — you're entitled to one payment pause per plan, up to 60 days, no questions asked.
What about the graduate cohort (one-time payment)?
The same 14-day policy applies. If the cohort has already started and you have attended sessions, we handle it case by case — email us and we will sort it out fairly.
