Refund Policy

14-day full refund

Every course on Spooniversity is free to read — no purchase needed. The only thing you ever pay for is a certificate (€19 per course, €59 per pathway), issued once you finish. If you buy a certificate and decide within 14 days that it isn't right for you, email hello@spooniversity.org and we will refund it in full. No questions asked. No forms. No process. Your access to the course content itself is unaffected either way.

What if I was in a flare and forgot to request within 14 days?

Email us anyway. We understand that life with chronic illness doesn't follow neat timelines. We'll look at it as humans, not as a policy document.

How long does the refund take?

Refunds are processed via Stripe and typically appear in your account within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank.

Does a refunded certificate purchase affect my access to the course?

No, in both directions. Course content is free to read regardless of certificate status, and a certificate you have already earned stays yours — a refund returns the money, it does not undo the work you did. You finished the lessons; that remains true.

What about pathway certificates?

The same 14-day, no-questions policy applies to a €59 pathway certificate as to a €19 course certificate.

Is there a payment plan or subscription?

No. Every certificate is a single one-time payment — there's no subscription, no renewal, and no instalment plan to manage.
