What Caring Made You

Caring is unpaid, unrecognised, and full of real professional skill. This course names what you actually learned doing it — coordination, advocacy, triage, negotiation under pressure — and looks honestly at the identity question underneath: who you are when caring stops being all of it. It covers boundaries in an informal caring role, the work and study that connects to what you already know how to do, and how to plan a next step that fits the body and the life you actually have.
